Linear Actuator Swivel Clevis Mount
A print-in-place two-axis end mount for 12 V linear actuators: a 64 x 56 mm base flange with four M5 clearance holes carries a captured swivel yoke that yaws a full 360° on a printed post, while a 22 mm wide clevis with an 8.5 mm cross bore takes the actuator's own 8 mm rod-end pin 19 mm above the mounting face. It replaces the brand-specific bracket-and-pin kits that cost as much as the actuator, and the free yaw axis stops cheap actuators from binding on vent flaps, coop doors, gates and solar trackers. Overall 64 x 56 x 36 mm; the yoke and base print as one piece with 0.4–0.5 mm running clearance and cannot be pulled apart.
