M3 Insert Stack Column
Part of the 'NEMA17 Self-Balancing Robot Frame' kit (print ×8): a round spacer column, 12 mm OD × 60 mm long, that sets the 64 mm deck-to-deck spacing. Each end has a 4.0 mm × 8 mm deep bore for an M3 brass heat-set insert, with a 0.4 mm lead-in chamfer. The deck bolts on with an M3x10 screw through its 3.4 mm hole at (±54, ±34) or (±44, ±34). Six 0.8 mm flutes add grip and still leave 3.2 mm of wall around each insert.
