M5 Bolt-Pin Cooler Lid Hinge Leaf
A universal replacement hinge for picnic and ice-chest lids. Both halves are the same part: print two, turn one 180° and interleave the four 14.5 mm knuckles. The pin is an M5 x 65–70 mm bolt with a nylock nut through the 5.5 mm bore. Each 60 x 40 mm leaf mounts with three #8 pan-head screws, and the 4.8 x 9 mm slots give ±2 mm to line up with the old holes. The knuckles leave clearance for the lid to swing past 90°. Print in PETG or ASA.
