M5 Bolt-Pivot Fan-Out Sort Tray Tier
A four-cell parts tray (126 x 64 x 22 mm) with a 20 mm pivot boss bored to 5.5 mm. Stack several on one M5 bolt and they fan out sideways like a tackle-box tower, so the cells you aren't using swing back out of the way. Each boss is 24 mm tall, which leaves a 2 mm gap between tray tiers. The whole stack bolts through to a bench or under a shelf, and you set the swing friction by how tight you run the M5 nut.
