M5 Screw-Clamp Desk Mat Edge Anchor
This C-clamp holds the front edge of a desk mat or mouse pad down so it stops sliding and curling. It fits desk tops up to about 40 mm thick with no holes drilled. An M5 bolt goes up through the lower jaw into a drop-in M5 hex nut pocket (8.4 mm slot) and presses on the underside of the desk. The 7 mm upper jaw reaches 35 mm in to pin the mat, and the throat is 45 mm. The part prints on its side, so the clamp load runs along the layers.
