Medicine Cabinet Cone-Knuckle Door Hinge
This print-in-place surface butt hinge replaces the discontinued tri-view (Mepla-style) concealed hinges on medicine cabinet mirror doors. It stands 60 mm tall, and each leaf is 36 x 4 mm. The leaves have four 4.5 mm holes for #6 (3.5 mm) or M4 pan-head screws. The knuckles pivot on a 5 mm pin in a 6 mm bore, and the knuckle faces are 45° cones with a 0.5 mm gap, so the hinge prints with no supports and the door weight is carried by the cone seat.
