Miter Slot Featherboard With Wedge Lock
A 100 x 58 mm featherboard with 13 angled spring fingers that drops into the standard 3/4 in x 3/8 in (19.05 x 9.5 mm) miter slot of a table saw or router table and locks with a print-in-place expanding wedge — two M4 screws into M4 heat-set inserts (5.5 mm bores) drive the wedge up and spread a flexing 18.6 mm jaw against the slot walls, so no T-bolts or star knobs are needed. Fingers are 8 mm tall and flex in the print plane, keeping stock pinned to the fence without the usual slop of a printed miter bar.
