NEMA 17 Differential Drive Chassis Deck
A 135 x 120 mm robot chassis deck with two integral 51 mm bulkheads that take a NEMA 17 stepper each on the verified 31 mm square M3 pattern (Ø23.2 mm pilot-boss clearance, shaft axis 28 mm above the deck underside for 70 mm wheels and ~7 mm ground clearance). The deck carries a Raspberry Pi 4/3B+ on 6 mm standoffs (58 x 49 mm, M2.5), a 20 mm caster pad, four M3 corner accessory holes, battery strap slots and lightening windows, so one print replaces a laser-cut plate plus two motor brackets.
