PVC And EMT Pipe Size Slot Gauge
A 110 x 100 x 5 mm gauge plate for sorting offcuts in the bin or checking a fitting in the aisle. It has U-slots for Schedule 40 PVC in 1/2", 3/4" and 1" (21.3, 26.7 and 33.4 mm OD) and EMT conduit in 1/2" and 3/4" (17.9 and 23.4 mm OD), each 0.5 mm over nominal. A row of 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 mm round-stock and hinge-pin holes runs across the middle. The pipe drops into the smallest slot it fits, and raised-free dimples mark sizes with no text: round dots for PVC, square dots for EMT.
