PVC Towel Ladder Rung Tee Joint
A slip-fit tee joint for building a leaning bathroom towel or blanket ladder. It takes a 1" schedule 40 PVC side rail (33.4 mm OD, 33.8 mm bore) and a 3/4" rung (26.7 mm OD, 27.1 mm socket, 30 mm deep). The same part works on both rails. Each pipe is locked with a #6 wood screw into a 2.5 mm pilot hole, and the part prints without supports with the rail bore lying flat as a truncated teardrop.
