Pannier Rack Rail Hook Block
A universal pannier mounting hook for bike rack rails: a 90-degree V-groove seat self-centres on any round rail from 8 to 16 mm, and an M4 bolt through the outer leg into a heat-set insert closes the 17 mm mouth so the bag cannot bounce off. The block is 34 x 48 x 24 mm and bolts to the bag panel with two M4 heat-set inserts on 26 mm centres, replacing brand-specific hooks that cost about $15 each and do not fit generic or e-bike racks.
