Parallel Flexure M3 Fine-Adjust Stage
This is a one-piece compliant linear stage, 58 x 92 x 10 mm. A 30 x 30 mm carriage hangs on four parallel 1.3 mm leaf flexures with 22 mm of free length, and an M3 screw in a horizontal heat-set insert pushes it about ±1.5 mm in X with no slop and no sliding friction. Its top has four M3 heat-set bores on a 20 x 20 mm square for a laser, sensor or mirror. A hard stop with a 2 mm gap keeps the leaves from being overbent. The frame mounts through four M3 clearance holes, so use washers underneath to lift the carriage off the surface it is screwed to.
