Perfboard Score-And-Snap Clamp Jig
This 100 mm score-and-snap jig gives perfboard and stripboard a clean, square edge. The board slides into a 1.9 mm jaw slot 20 mm deep, which fits 1.5–1.6 mm boards. Two M3 heat-set thumbscrews clamp the board. The jaw's front face is the knife guide and sits flush with the base edge, which is the snap fulcrum, and tick marks every 5.08 mm (2 holes) help you line up the cut row. Two M4 clearance holes let you screw it to the bench. It's 100 x 30 x 16 mm and prints standing on end with no supports.
