Pipe Clamp Stabilizer Foot
A drop-on foot for 3/4 in schedule-40 black pipe clamps (26.7 mm OD bar), sized with a 27.2 mm U-channel so the clamp stands upright on the bench instead of rolling over during a glue-up. The 50 x 86 mm base gives a wide anti-tip stance, twin 12 mm shoulder pads at 48 mm hold the workpiece 4.4 mm clear of the bar so squeeze-out never reaches the steel, and a 3.4 mm side hole takes an M4 self-tapping set screw to lock the foot at any point along the pipe. Print two (or four for long bars).
