Print-In-Place 25 mm Webbing Cam Buckle
A print-in-place cam buckle for 25 mm (1 in) webbing. It replaces the cracked buckle on a tie-down, roof-rack or tote strap that is normally only sold as a whole strap. A toothed eccentric cam pivots on 5 mm integral stubs in 6 mm cheek bores, closing a 1.5 mm strap gap down to about 0.6 mm, and the fixed end loops round a 10.5 mm slot behind the bar. The buckle measures 35 x 53 x 21.5 mm.
