Print-In-Place Double-Cardan CV Joint
A print-in-place double-Cardan (CV) joint that links two 5 mm motor shafts through misalignment. The two yokes on the centre link are in phase, so the speed wobble of the two crosses cancels. Each cross swings about ±25° (about 50° in total). It prints as five captured pieces in one 93 x 22 x 26 mm assembly with 0.5 mm clearances. Each hub has a blind 5 mm bore and a vertical M3 heat-set pocket for a grub screw.
