Print-In-Place Dumpling Crimp Press
A two-jaw dumpling/empanada press that prints open and flat in one piece — the 3 mm hinge pin is captured in interleaved knuckles, so it folds shut straight off the bed with no assembly. The 78 mm jaws suit 80–95 mm round wrappers, with a 60 mm filling pocket, 16 interlocking crimp ribs offset a half pitch so the two sides zig-zag the seal instead of just flattening it, and a 6 mm hang hole in the side grip tab. Open footprint 174 x 96 x 9 mm.
