Print-In-Place Hinged Twin-Lane Pen Box
This lidded pen box prints in one piece with a five-knuckle hinge on a captive 5 mm pin with 0.5 mm clearance. It measures 170 x 56 x 27 mm closed. Inside are two 166 x 24 mm lanes, long enough for standard 140–150 mm pens, pencils and fine-tip markers. The lid prints lying flat behind the box with no supports and swings 180° to close, and a thumb notch in the front wall lets you lift it.
