Print-In-Place Quarter-Turn Cam Latch
A quarter-turn cam latch that prints as one piece with a captive rotor — no pin, screw or spring to add. The 56 x 40 x 4 mm plate screws to a door or access panel with two countersunk #8 (4.2 mm) or M4 screws 22 mm apart, and the thumb knob turns a cam reaching 32.5 mm from the spindle axis, 10.5 mm past the plate edge, to hook behind a frame lip up to 9 mm proud of the mounting face. Moulded posts hard-stop the sweep at 90° and a detent bump snaps the cam into the open position so it stays clear; overall height 19 mm.
