A print-in-place ratcheting height post: a 16 mm toothed column on a 50 x 50 mm bolt-down foot with a captured pawl collar that clicks up in 10 mm steps over 70 mm of travel and locks under downward load. Overall 110 mm tall; the foot takes four M4 screws and the support pad takes two M4 heat-set inserts (5.5 mm bores) so you can bolt a shelf, sensor or workpiece rest to it — pull the thumb tab to release and lower.
