Print-In-Place Silent Roller Freewheel
A roller one-way clutch that prints in one piece: a 54 mm × 12 mm outer ring with five 35° wedge ramps, holding five cone-ended 6 × 11 mm rollers around a 22 mm hub with an 8.3 mm bore for 8 mm rod, locked by an M3 set screw and captured nut. It runs silently with no pawl click. It has no springs, so the rollers take up about 15° before they lock. Five M3 heat-set bores (4.0 mm) let you bolt a pulley, winch drum or crank arm to the ring.
