Print-In-Place Thumb Roller Tube Clamp
This is a print-in-place roller clamp, like the ones on IV lines, for soft vinyl or silicone tubing from 4 to 10 mm OD. It works on aquarium, drip-irrigation and homebrew siphon lines. A 20 mm knurled thumb wheel rides on 5 mm axle stubs in grooves cut into the side walls of a 60 x 22 x 34 mm body. Rolling it along a 13° sloped roof narrows the gap from 10.5 mm (fully open) to 0.8 mm (pinched shut), so it throttles flow smoothly anywhere along that range.
