Print-In-Place Tileable Piano Hinge
A 150 mm print-in-place continuous (piano) hinge. It has two 22 mm leaves, 9 mm knuckles and a captive 4 mm printed pin, and prints flat and ready to swing. Each leaf has countersunk 4.5 mm holes for #6 wood screws or M4 bolts. The end knuckles are pinned solid, so you can butt several strips in a row to replace a rusted piano hinge of any length on a tool chest, case lid or access panel.
