Printed 45 Degree Cleat Rail
A 200 mm long French-cleat wall rail for the 'Printed French Cleat Bin Wall' kit. It is 12 mm thick and 45 mm tall, with a 45° bevel that the kit's hanger brackets hook onto. It takes three #8 wood screws (4.2 mm shank) through 5.0 x 10 mm slots, with a 10.5 x 15.5 x 4 mm counterbore for the head. Each end has two blind holes 4.3 mm across and 11 mm deep, which take 4 x 20 mm steel pins to join rails end to end. It prints flat on its wall face with no supports.
