Rover Grid Deck Plate
This is the main 150 x 172 x 5 mm deck of the 'NEMA17 Rocker-Bogie Mars Rover Chassis' kit. It has a 20 mm pitch grid of 3.4 mm M3 through-holes, so electronics can mount anywhere with M3 screws. It has solid landing pads for the two M8 pillow blocks (M3x16 bolts with hex nuts under the deck), a 5.5 mm hole at (50, 0) for the M5x25 differential pivot, and a 3 mm stiffening lip around the edge. There are 44 lightening windows, each about 12 x 12 mm, to keep the weight down.
