SCARA Forearm With Elbow Pulley
This is the forearm link of the 'NEMA17 Belt-Drive SCARA Drawing Arm' kit, measuring 159 × 44 × 35.5 mm. Its elbow hub carries two 608 bearings (8 x 22 x 7 mm) in 22.05 mm pockets on the 8 mm elbow rod, and it has a printed 60T GT2 pulley for 6 mm belt (37.69 mm tip OD, 44 mm flanges). A belt-anchor pillar holds both belt ends in 2.2 mm tangential slots, and each end wraps around an M3x16 pin screw held by a captured nut. A ribbed beam runs 120 mm out to a 34 x 34 mm tool pad with four M3 heat-set inserts on a 20 mm square and an 18 mm pen hole.
