SG90 Kingpin Steering Beam
This is the front axle beam of the 'SG90 Ackermann Steering Rover Chassis' kit. It is a 6 mm plate, 62 x 90 mm, with two Ø14 kingpin ears 76 mm apart for M3x25 kingpins, and a 24 x 44 mm M3 pattern that bolts it under the deck with M3x16 screws and nuts. It also has a 23.6 x 12.8 mm through-pocket for an SG90 servo, with 2.4 mm tab slots so it fits clone servos whose tab spacing varies. Two Ø2.9 holes, each with a Ø7 nut recess on top, clear the deck's front M2.5 Pi Zero screws.
