SG90 Pen Lift Tool Head
The pen-lift tool head for the 'NEMA17 Belt-Drive SCARA Drawing Arm' kit. It is 39 x 60 x 54 mm. A 34 x 60 x 5 mm top plate bolts under the forearm tool pad with four M3 screws into heat-set inserts on a 20 x 20 mm square, through 3.4 mm holes. There is a 16 mm pen hole in the middle. Below it hangs a square guide channel for the pen slider: 24.8 mm inside, 2.4 mm walls. The +Y wall has an 18 mm lug slot, and 3.4 mm cross holes take an M3x35 retainer. A gusseted 4 mm plate holds an SG90 servo in a 22.8 x 12.4 mm window. Its tab notches fit screw spacings from 26 to 29 mm, so the horn swings just outside the slot and lifts the slider lug.
