SG90 Tibia Foot Link
The lower leg and foot for the 'SG90 18-DOF Hexapod Walker' kit (print 6). It is a tapered link 90 x 20 x 6 mm. It fits an SG90/MG90S single-arm horn in a 1.5 mm recess (a 9 mm circle plus a 6.5 mm slot to 19 mm), and a 6 mm hole gives access to the horn screw. You fix the horn with M2x6 self-tappers drilled through its own holes. The foot tip sits 80 mm from the pivot, has a 5 mm radius and 1 mm chamfers so it rolls cleanly, and a 5 x 36 mm slot takes out weight.
