Screw-On Cooler Lid Snap Latch Set
A screw-on replacement for a snapped Igloo or Coleman-style cooler latch. A 40 x 16 x 10 mm lid pad holds a 24 mm wide, 3 mm thick flex arm that drops 58 mm down the cooler wall. Its 4.5 mm ramp tooth snaps under a separate 36 x 16 x 6 mm keeper plate. Both pieces take #8 wood screws: the pad has 4.6 mm slots with 6 mm of height adjustment, and the keeper has counterbored 4.6 mm holes. They print together on breakaway tabs, so a cooler with a good body but a broken latch can be put back in use.
