Screw-Tension Band Clamp 60-68 mm
A T-bolt style band clamp that draws down evenly on anything 60–68 mm OD (2" PVC at 60.3 mm, 63 mm PE pipe, 2.5" dust hose, pond and irrigation hose) using one M5 x 50 bolt and a captured M5 nut in a 5.7 mm across-flats hex pocket. The 14 mm wide, 2.8 mm thick band has a smooth 68 mm bore with no screw slots or sharp tail, so it spreads load without gouging silicone hose the way an oversized worm-drive clamp does; thickened 9 mm end bosses keep the clamping pressure even and the whole 81 x 74 x 14 mm part prints flat with the hoop load in the XY plane.
