Shelf-Pin Mount 1/2 in EMT Rod Cup
This rod cup lets you add a hanging rail to a wardrobe or cabinet without drilling. It pins into the shelf-pin holes the cabinet already has. A 18.4 mm U-cup takes 1/2 in EMT conduit (17.9 mm OD), and two 5 mm steel pins or dowels, each 16 mm long, go through the 6 mm plate into the side panel. The lower hole is round. The upper hole is a slot that fits hole spacings of 1 in, 1-1/4 in and 32 mm. There is also a 4.5 mm hole for a #6 screw if the cabinet has no shelf-pin holes. Print two and cut the EMT to the inside width of the cabinet minus 13 mm.
