Slide-In Zip Bag Spare Parts Rail

This 160 mm wall rail holds zip-lock bags of spare hardware, such as flat-pack cam locks, dowels and leftover screws. You slide each bag's zipper into the 14 x 8 mm channel from the open end. The film passes out through a 1.6 mm slot, so the bag hangs from its zipper bead, and the 45° channel roof wedges the bead in place. It is held to the wall by three countersunk #8 (4.2 mm) wood screws through 4.6 mm holes.
