Slotted Towel Bar Old-Hole Cover Rosette
A 100 mm diameter, 4 mm thick rosette plate that sits behind a new towel-bar or grab-bar mounting flange and hides the holes left by an older, wider bar. It has four radial 4.8 mm slots that take #8 or #10 wood screws (4.2 mm / 4.8 mm shank) at any spacing from 20 to 76 mm, horizontal or vertical. It prints face-down so the show side comes out smooth, and it can be painted to match the wall.
