Snap-Link Robot Tank Track
A six-link print-in-place tank track for small tracked robots and rovers: 16 mm pitch, 30 mm wide pads, 4 mm integral hinge pins in 5 mm bores (0.5 mm clearance everywhere), 106 x 30 x 10.5 mm per strip. Each clevis has a snap mouth that opens upward so printed strips push together into any length loop while track tension pulls against solid bore wall, and a center guide horn keeps the belt on a twin-wheel bogie; knuckles engage a 16 mm pitch sprocket.
