Snow Shovel D-Grip Clamp Handle
A replacement D-grip for snow shovels and garden tools with a 1-1/8 in (28.6 mm) wood or fiberglass shaft. It has a 29.1 mm socket, 47 mm deep, with a split top that two M5x20 bolts and captured nuts pinch shut. A #8 wood screw goes up through the bottom into the shaft to stop it from twisting. The grip opening is 86 x 62 mm, big enough for a gloved hand, and it's printed flat so pushing and pulling loads run along the layers, not across them. For 1 in (25.4 mm) shafts, set BORE to 25.9.
