Square Edge Sanding Block With Fence
A hand sanding block with a built-in 90° fence. The fence rides against the face of a board, shelf or acrylic panel so the edge you sand stays square and doesn't round over. It has a 100 x 52 mm sole for a strip of PSA or taped sandpaper, a 15 mm-tall fence, and a 2 mm relief groove so paper and dust in the corner can't push the fence out of square. It prints upside down, so the sole and fence faces print flat, and the ribbed hollow body keeps it light (about 70 cm³).
