Straddle Cam Lock Desk Repair Bracket
This inside-corner bracket is 80 mm long with 36 mm legs. It repairs flat-pack desk joints where the cam lock has stripped or torn out. A 24 x 14 mm window at the centre fits over the old cam housing and any crumbled chipboard. Four slotted #8 wood-screw holes (4.8 mm wide with 9 mm counterbores) sit 26 mm from the corner so the screws go into undamaged wood, and 6 mm end gussets keep the joint square.
