Two press-in alignment pins and two flanged sockets that keep extension-table, drop-leaf and two-piece desk leaves level. Drill both edges to 12 mm. The pin shanks and socket sleeves have crush ribs (12.5 mm across the ribs) that grip the wood. Each 8.2 mm nose slides into an 8.8 mm socket bore that has a chamfered lead-in. The parts print on a breakaway sprue, and the set replaces the plastic leaf pins that hardware stores no longer stock.
