Tapered-Slot Spoke Nipple Shuffler Tray
A wheel-builder's nipple shuffler. You shake a handful of nipples across 12 parallel slots, and each one drops in shank-first and hangs by its head, ready to pick up with a nipple driver. Each slot tapers from 2.5 to 4.6 mm, so 13–15G brass and alloy nipples of different makes each settle where their shank fits instead of needing one exact width. The tray is 120 x 90 x 22 mm, with 12 mm deep slots, gathering wells at both ends and a V pour spout to tip the leftovers back into the bag.
