Toilet Seat Hinge With 5 mm Steel Pin
Replacement hinge for a wooden or MDF toilet seat whose stock hinge snapped: a 50 x 22 mm seat leaf with four counterbored #8 wood-screw holes (4.5 mm) and a 20 mm knuckle, plus a 40 x 30 mm bowl post with a 9 x 14 mm slot for the 5/16 in, M8 or M6 seat bolt and two 7 mm ears that put the pivot 20 mm above the bowl. A 35 mm length of 5 mm steel rod is the pin: it presses into the knuckle (5.1 mm bore) and turns in the 5.3 mm ear bores, so the printed plastic never acts as the axle. Both pieces print flat on one sprue; snap it off, print one set per side, and order it in PETG for a hinge that outlasts PLA.
