Tool Chest Snap Hasp Latch
A print-in-place replacement hasp latch for steel tool chests, job boxes and blow-moulded tool cases whose original latch snapped and is sold only with a whole new lid. The 35 mm base rivets or screws to the case with four M4 clearance holes (4.5 mm) on a 22 x 20 mm pattern, and the 48 mm strap folds over the seam and snaps down over an M5 pan-head screw — a 5.5 mm slot with a 4.6 mm sprung throat between two flex fingers keeps it from rattling open. Overall 108 x 37 x 12 mm, hinge pin captured and printed in place.
