Toolbox Cantilever Tray Linkage
Print-in-place four-bar parallel-lift linkage that replaces the broken cantilever arms on a tackle box, tool chest or sewing box tray — the tray rises about 63 mm and swings 40 mm clear while staying level. Two 30 x 36 x 4 mm mounting plates (M3 clearance holes, 3.4 mm, on a 22 mm spacing) carry 7 mm pivot posts and two 70 mm centre-to-centre arms, all pivots captured with 0.5 mm clearance; overall 106 x 36 x 13.5 mm, print two and flip one for the opposite side.
