Trim Clip Hole-Gauge Sort Tray
A 152 x 78 x 30 mm tray with six bays for automotive push-pin trim clips. Each bay has its own test hole in a 2.4 mm ledge that stands in for the panel: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 mm, each modelled 0.2 mm oversize. Push a loose or salvaged clip into the holes until it snaps home and you know which bay it goes in and which panel hole it fits. The clip's legs drop into a hidden bridged channel under the ledge, so a clip bought in a mixed variety pack gets sorted by hole size.
