Trim Router Table Slotted Insert Plate
A 120 x 120 x 6 mm insert plate that mounts a compact trim router under a home-built router table. It drops into a 6 mm deep rabbet and fixes down with four countersunk #8 or M4 flat-head screws. A 38 mm bit opening is surrounded by eight counterbored radial slots, 5.5 mm wide and spaced 45° apart. They take M4, M5 or #10 base screws on any bolt circle from 56 to 92 mm, so the plate isn't tied to one router model.
