Twin Ball-Joint Pushrod
This is the print-in-place 100 mm pushrod for the 'MG90S Six-Servo Stewart Platform' kit (print ×6). It prints as three pieces: a 7 × 12 mm rod with a cupped socket at each end (11.0 mm spherical bore, 7.5 mm throat) and two captive 10 mm ball studs. Each stud has a 4 mm neck and a 12 × 3 mm tab with an M3 clearance hole 9 mm from the ball centre. Bolt one tab to the crank with an M3x16 and a nylock nut, and the other to the platform. The studs spin freely and tilt about ±20° with no loose ball links. Overall size is about 130 × 21 × 14.5 mm.
