Twin-Flange Line Drum
Part of the 'N20 Self-Locking Worm-Drive Winch' kit. This 57 mm long spool has a 30 mm drum between two 42 mm flanges. It slides onto the kit's 8 mm steel axle (8.3 mm bore) and bears on a 608 bearing's inner race through an 11 mm shoulder. It takes three M3 heat-set inserts (4.0 x 8 mm bores on a 22 mm PCD) for the 24T worm wheel's M3x16 screws, plus an M3x8 grub screw and captured M3 nut in the 16 mm hub. The line anchors through a 2.5 mm radial hole into the hollow core or through a 2.5 mm hole in the flange.
