Twin-Level Trellis Rod Cross Lock
A cross joint for trellis and plant-support grids. It holds two perpendicular rods, stakes or dowels from 3/8 in (9.5 mm) up to 1/2 in (12.7 mm) on two levels, so the rods pass straight through without being cut. Each rod sits in a 13.4 mm diamond bore and is locked by an M4 bolt threaded into a captured M4 nut. The bolt pushes the rod into the V of the bore, which centres any diameter in that range, including 11 mm coated garden stakes. The block is 26 x 26 x 55 mm. Print it in PETG or ASA and it will outlast the UV-brittle snap clips.
