Twin-Wall Polycarbonate Roof Joint Clamp
This screw-down cap clamps the joint between two twin-wall polycarbonate roof panels on a carport, lean-to or shed. Use it in place of a UV-cracked H-channel clip, which kits only sell by the full-length run. The plate is 80 x 40 mm, with a 6 mm wide, 5 mm tall spacer rib that sets the expansion gap between panels, two edge pressure lips and two 5.5 mm holes 50 mm apart. The holes take #10 (4.8 mm) or M5 screws into the purlin, so one part fits 6–16 mm panels by changing only the screw length.
