Under-Sink Trash Bag Roll Rod Bracket
A pair of these screw to the inside wall of an under-sink cabinet with #8 wood screws (5.2 mm holes), and an 8 mm smooth rod runs through the 8.4 mm bores and the core of a trash-bag roll, so you can tear bags off one-handed. Each bracket is 72 x 104 x 14 mm, with a gusseted arm that holds the rod 62 mm out from the wall. It's printed flat so the load runs along the layers, not across them.
